You remain solely responsible for your account and IP address. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this website, any related services, its staff, and its subsidiaries.

 Your account, password & security
Please remember that no legitimate source will ever ask for your username and password, ever. No staff member will ever ask for your password. It's highly encrypted and can not be accessed by the outside world. If you find a website or anyone asking for your account password then please contact any server staff as soon as possible.

 Hacks, game altering modifications, exploits, harming other player's security and advantageous modifications
Any attempts at hacking or exploiting will be noticed and result in account suspension from the servers. These include game altering modifications which give you an advantage over another player

• All CLEO modifications which display information that is not normally available to other players is illegal
• Aim alteration modifications are strictly prohibited
• All game altering software is illegal (these are normally executable programs (.exe file extension)
• Attacking other players internet network will lead to an instant ((Permanent Ban))

Temporary Ban (1 month)  Temporary Ban (3 months) & 50% Fine.  6 months ban, along with account being disabled and assets (money, cars, houses, etc) being wiped.

Advertisement
This includes advertising hacks, websites, other servers, and recruiting for unofficial Generation gaming clans.

 Selling New Generation assets for real life profit
Selling New Generation assets for real life profit is NOT allowed. We believe it's in the best interest of the community and to protect the integrity of the server. This includes but is not limited to the following:

• In-game money
• Vehicles
• Houses
• Businesses
• Other items of the likes.

 Do not attack other players for no reason (Deathmatch)

Attacking a player without any valid in character reason. This is often abbreviated as "DM" and people known for deathmatch rule breaking are often abbreviated as "DMer". This includes attacking other players without a realistic in-character reason such as out of character conflicts and disputes. This includes repeatedly killing another player for the same reason (even if the reason was valid for the first kill). Administrators have the right to give a player a deathmatch warning which will disallow you to use any weapons for a length of time. Furthermore, it will do one of the following based on the number of deathmatch warnings:

Verbal Warning  Kicked from the server  Prison (60 minutes)  Prison (90 minutes) + Fine (50% of total wealth)  Temporary Ban (4-14 days) Show/Hide Details

Do not kill another player for killing you (Revenge kill)

As the name suggests, this is when you attack another player who has recently killed you - taking revenge. Once you die you are not allowed to attack the same player again. This is often abbreviated as "RK".

If you are in a faction or gang, you can not return to a scene where you have died even if they call for back up by using in-character communication. The only exception to this rule is whilst gangs and factions are in a turf war in which revenge killing is allowed.

You will receive a Deathmatch Warning with the same punishments stated above.

 Do not kill another player when they spawn (Spawn kill)

This is when you attack another player when they spawn at the hospital. Players will only spawn at the hospital if they have died. You are not allowed to attack the player unless they attack you whilst near the hospital. This is often abbreviated as "SK".

You will receive a Deathmatch Warning with the same punishments stated in the deathmatch section above.

 Plane Bombing/ Heli-blading

This is when you use an aircraft such as planes or helicopters as a weapon to damage other players.

You will receive a Deathmatch Warning with the same punishments stated above.

 Do not kill other players with your car
This can be done by several methods. The most common are:

• Car Parking - when you place your vehicle ontop of another player to damage them
• Car Ramming - this is when you kill another player by hitting them with your vehicle
• Ninja Jacking - this is done by exploiting the game physics to kill another player whilst jacking their vehicle

 Scamming & Robbing
Scamming is when you offer a service or product to another player for a price. Once you have received the payment, you do not deliver your end of the deal.

• Level 8 players and below can not be scammed nor can they scam other players
• Scammer and anyone helping with the scam must be level 8 or above
• Scammer cannot scam another player over $60, 000
• We do not recover scams if there is a transaction based command available (ie. '/dicebet', '/sellmats' etc) unless they are sensitive items, e.g. Lands.
• Real life payment scams are not covered by Lawless Staff
• We do not recover donation deals that has been done without a middleman

Robbing is when you force another player to give you something - this is often money.

• Level 5 players and below can not be robbed nor can they rob other players
• Robber and anyone helping with the robbery must be level 5 or above
• You cannot rob another player over $5, 000
• You must give the other player at least 60 seconds before shooting them if they fail to pay
• If a player is escaping the robbery before the 60 seconds are up, you may attack them
• You cannot rob the same person within a 48 hour period (this includes any assailants present during the robbery)

 Do not use out-of-game methods to avoid getting killed or arrested
This includes but is not limited to rejoining the server, minimizing (alt-tab) the game or leaving the game.

 Do not use any gun exploits
This is when you abuse the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas game physics system to shoot, swap guns and reload guns faster. This does not require a third party modification or program.

Crack Shooting (CS) is often automatically detected and blocked. This is when you shoot bullets rapidly
• Quick Swapping (QS) is when you swap your weapon quickly to avoid the reloading animation
• All game altering software is illegal (these are normally executable programs (.exe file extension)

 Do not impersonate any members of the admin staff
This includes but is not limited to using an admin's name, claiming to be an admin, or saying you will ban someone.

 Money Farming
Money Farming is when a player creates multiple accounts to transfer the starting money onto another account.

Providing a false statement to admins
Knowingly providing a false statement to an administrator, in order to change the outcome of a situation.

Out of character deals and trades
All out of character deals and trades (except donations) are not covered by Lawless Roleplay staff. Almost all out of character deals and trades (ie. selling of accounts) are scams. We recommend that you never pay someone to buy their account or sell your account. These deals will not be refunded.

• You are not allowed to advertise out of character deals using our services

Abusing faction commands
This rule covers a large portion of scenarios. The principle of this rule is if you use your special access faction commands to gain an advantage in a non-realistic manner.

Vehicles with weapons

Factions have access to special vehicles with increased vehicle health or with weapons such as a water cannon, machine gun and rocket launcher. The following rules apply:

• These vehicles cannot be used during a turf war

• These vehicles must only be used for faction business only

 Taking players items
Law enforcement factions have access to take other players weapons, pot, crack, chemicals, seeds and radio. Due to the nature of this command, there are the following restrictions:

• You can only take an item if the player used it during a crime

Arrest procedures
Law enforcement factions must follow these guidelines whilst arresting another player. The faction leaders can create their own procedures however it must satisfy the following:

• The arrest must be conducted in a realistic manner (ie. suitable vehicle, suspect knows reason of arrest and etc)
• The Miranda rights must be given (this can be done by a bind however the bind must have at least 2 seconds gap between each line)
• You cannot arrest a player if you have spawned in the hospital recently

Back up calls
You cannot return to situations which have resulted in your character's death even if another player requests back up as stated in the revenge killing rule above. The only exception is during turf wars which you may return multiple times.

Alliances and Wars
Factions are civil organisations sponsored by the government. There are no exceptions to this rule.

• No factions can team up with a gang for any reason.
• Factions cannot wage war against other factions.
• Factions cannot wage war against another gang

Corruption
Corruption is considered when any faction member abuses their faction given commands, equipment and access to commit actions that are not within the faction's role in the server. In character corruption which does not require the use of special faction access is allowed. There are no exceptions to this rule. For example:

• A police officer using /detain to kidnap a player.
• A police officer planting evidence on a player and giving them subsequent crimes via /su.
• A hitman agent aiding a gang or faction

Gang Wars
Gangs can wage war against other gangs for any in-character reason. This allows gang members to kill rival gang members without interaction (this is known as 'kill-on-sight' which is often abbreviated as 'KOS'). However, the attacking gang and the rival gang members must have their bandana on (via /bandana). You cannot attack another gang member due to a gang war unless their bandana is on (via /bandana). The players do not need to be wearing their gang skin, all that matters is that your bandana is on and their bandana is also on.

If you want to avoid being killed in a gang war, you can take off your bandana (via /bandana).

You will receive a Deathmatch Warning with the same punishments stated in the deathmatch section above.

Alliances and Wars
Gangs can create their own alliances and war status with other gangs. There are no exceptions to the following rules:

• Gangs cannot wage war against other factions.

1. Civilians (non-gang and non-faction members) cannot attend or enter the turf area
Only faction and gang members are allowed to enter active turf areas to participate in turf wars.

2. Gangs and factions are allowed to return to an active turf war after death

3. Gangs and factions cannot attend a turf without the intent to capture the turf
In order for gang members to attend a turf war, they must have a rank 5 and above member present - even if the gang is helping an ally. Faction members can only attend turf wars if a rank 4 and above member is present.

4. Gangs and factions must be in their respective clothes with badges or bandanas displayed
Gangs cannot participate in turf wars if they do not have official gang clothes or a bandana. All gang and faction members must be wearing their team's clothing and have their bandana (via /bandana) or badge (via /badge) shown at all times during the turf war.

5. Factions cannot arrest people in active turf wars
Law enforcement officers are not allowed to arrest people in active turf wars. They are also not allowed to arrest people for crimes committed during a turf war.
